This 4x4 Wales tour will be over two days and you  have the option for camping or using hotels and B & B. You will experience a mixture of road driving whilst we link up the selection of other terrains including mud rock and gravel with the odd ford thrown in for good measure.  Starting from Devils Bridge we will be taking in such lanes as Strata Florida, This weekend is more challenging than our explorer weekends, if you want see just what your vehicle can do then this is the Welsh trip for you !!!!  Compass Adventures will be there to help guide you through the most difficult terrain with our Lanta qualified tour guide........... The  lead vehicle is fully expedition prepared with all the necessary equipment we may need. You will be in safe hands knowing that at Compass Adventures  we have the skills needed for your complete weekend adventure.....These weekends are designed to help you determine what products or accessories you may actually need for your vehicle, whether you're' dreaming of a full blown Arctic Adventures or a Moroccan  explorer touring over the Atlas mountains.

Although this is a vehicle dependent travel weekend Compass Adventures can arrange  B & Bs or a hotel.  We are most likely to be camping in the middle of nowhere but will arrange to pick you up from your accommodation and bring you to the group . The routes are also designed to be non vehicle damaging . There may be occasions where we have to drive through light brush, if your not happy with the lane I will give you an alternative route to join us at the other end.

Once confirmation has been received of your attendance,  you will be sent joining instructions and a list of equipment you will need.

   

 This trip will be strictly first come first served basis and would not be suitable for soft roaders eg Freelander or Renegade's  on standard lift.  Most vehicles will want at least 2" lift /A.T. tyres/recovery points

 Saturday we start our tour at 10.00 am after a short safety briefing.  We  will be taking in some stunning lanes in this region of Wales aiming to finish for around 1600hrs  before retiring to our accommodation or leaving the group .

 

The cost of the midi expedition is £140 for one vehicle with two sharing for both days.

 

We also offer individual day price of £75 for either Saturday or Sunday

This explorer trip is family friendly and is a great way to get the  children away for some fresh air and enjoy the outdoors.....Eating  marsh mellows round a camp fire, there is nothing better.
