 I have been passionate about vehicle independent travel for many years and covered a lot of  miles through many countries.

 

   Here at Compass Adventures we pride ourselves on making sure you have the best time we can give you,  whether it's our Arctic adventure chasing after the Aurora Borealis  ( Northern Lights )or maybe a weekend touring around the UK.

 

 

 If you're looking for that 4x4 adventure with a little bit of magic whilst taking in some of the most amazing vistas you will every come across, you will be in safe hands with Compass Adventures.

 

We will use some of the most ancient trails, pistes and tracks meandering through valleys, climbing mountain trails and crossing rivers  Some of these trails have been used by smugglers and ancient herdsmen for hundreds of years. Together we will face new challenges and find ourselves camping in some of the most beautiful areas.   Some of these will be wild and others will be official camp sites.  We will have to learn new and hone our old skills in some of the most breathtaking 4x4 destinations we can get to using our 4x4 vehicles,  some of which will be easy, others may be a challenge.

Compass adventures is based in South Yorkshire and can offer you some of the most exciting 4x4 adventures available today.   With a wealth of knowledge, we are dedicated to help the preservation of the UK's  byways. Compass Adventures can  offer UK and European expeditions. Vehicle driver training and field maintenance for your vehicle as well as technical support for your adventure.  Our tour guides are qualified Lanra drivers and also carry full wilderness qualifications.   You can rest assured that you are in safe hands with Compass Adventure.

 

We can cater for complete novices or the most experienced drivers on all our tours and when we encounter a more technical section you will find help to guide you through.
